Mark's Wine Review - 2009 Chateau Charmail, Haut Medoc, France

This beautiful low acidity wine has a bright Mardi Gras-purple appearance in the glass.  Aromas of coffee, mocha and a slight hint of vanilla extract.  The mouthfeel is soft and sleek.  On the pallet, notes of blackberry and blackcurrant.  For the money, this rich and powerful wine would be a perfect addition to anyone's cellar.
